I was REALLY impressed with the information presented by Pat Kop0wich on his blog site, www.SiliconValleyBroker.com.  Pat presents a regular television program on which he interviews various professionals on different topics to do with real estate.  In his article, “Hiring a Licensee” , he inludes the various important aspects to consider a real estate agent.  The video clip is very informative and I highly recommend anyone about to enter into a real estate effoet to view it!  Mr. Douglas White (guest real estate attorney) brings out that while beautiful marketing definitely is a plus, what one wants to be sure one’s agent can do is NEGOTIATE and take care of the contract details.  The one advantage a team such as ours has is we can double team our clients with all aspects of agent talent!
